I can't find the right design?
No problem – we're constantly working on new ideas and expanding our collection. If you'd like to see a specific Christian motif or Bible verse featured in a design, just write to us at team@gfoitma.com . We welcome your suggestions and will be happy to implement them if possible!
How do I find the right size?
Our products are made on-demand for you—please take a close look at the size chart for each item before ordering . This way, you can ensure that your Christian T-shirt, hoodie, or poster will fit perfectly.
If you are unsure about your size or cannot find a size chart, please contact us at team@gfoitma.com – we will help you quickly and easily.
I want a design on another garment?
Do you love a design but would prefer it on a different product – for example, a hoodie instead of a t-shirt or a different color or fit?
Please write to us and tell us which design you are looking for on which item of clothing (e.g. oversized hoodie, sweatshirt, long sleeve, children's size, etc.) and we will make the desired product available in the shop as quickly as possible .
I would like to purchase multiple items – are there discounts?
Absolutely! If you'd like to order multiple items or need a gift set for a group or event, just contact us . We'd be happy to explore volume discounts or customized offers. Please email us at team@gfoitma.com .
My order should have arrived by now, but I still haven't received it. What should I do?
- Check the current status of the package using your tracking link, which was sent to you via email.
- Check the shipping confirmation email to ensure the delivery address is correct.
- Check with your local post office to see if the package is available.
- Check with your neighbors to see if the courier left the package with them.

I received an incorrect/damaged product?
We're very sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this quickly, please send us an email within one week with photos of the damaged product, the order number, and any other details you have about your order to team@gfoitma.com . We'll take care of it as soon as possible.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
Since we work with a print-on-demand provider, we are unfortunately unable to offer exchanges at this time. YOU can
Can I return an item?
Our products are manufactured individually after the order is received – this way we avoid overproduction and conserve resources.
Please order carefully to avoid unnecessary returns. If you have any questions, please email us in advance at team@gfoitma.com .
If your product arrives damaged or faulty , please contact us within 14 days with a photo and your order number. We'll find a solution!
Important for returns:
- Only unworn, unwashed items in their original condition can be returned.
- Personalized products, mobile phone cases, and laptop bags are non-returnable, except in cases of defects.
- The return must be registered in advance by email .
- Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer (except in cases of error on our part).
How is the refund made?
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming receipt and approval or rejection of your refund.
If the return is approved, the refund will be made to your original payment method.
