By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"). These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Section 1 - Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence. Section 2 - General Conditions & Formation of Contract

The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an unbinding online catalog. By clicking the order button, the customer places a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately after sending the order via an automated email. The purchase contract is only concluded when we accept your order by a separate confirmation via email or ship the goods.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission by us.

Section 3 - Accuracy of Information

We do our best to ensure that information on this website is accurate. Product images and colors may vary slightly depending on the user's screen display; this does not constitute a defect as long as the characteristics of the product essentially correspond to the description.

Prices for our products are subject to change for future orders at any time without notice. For contracts already concluded, the prices agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the contract shall apply.

We reserve the right to refuse any order offer we receive (e.g., in case of reasonable suspicion of credit card fraud or unexpected unavailability of stock). In such an event, we will contact you immediately and refund any payments already received without delay. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

Section 11 - Warranty and Limitation of Liability

Statutory warranty rights apply. We are liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health caused by a intentional or negligent breach of duty by us or our legal representatives.

For other damages, we are only liable in cases of intent and gross negligence. In the event of a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), our liability is limited to the contractually typical, foreseeable damage. Any further liability is excluded.

Section 12 - Indemnification

The user agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any justified claims made by any third party due to or arising out of the user's culpable, unlawful, or contract-violating use of our website or services.

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

Section 14 - Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Austria, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which the consumer has his habitual residence is not withdrawn.

If the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is Linz, Austria.
