Delivery Times

Since our products are individually manufactured, printed, or engraved for you after your order, the delivery time consists of the production time and the actual shipping time. The periods specified below are total delivery times from the time of your order (or, in the case of advance payment, from the time of receipt of payment).

The delivery times are:

• Austria & Germany: 5–12 business days
• Europe: 6–15 business days
• Australia: 5–21 business days
• International: 13–27 business days

Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding statutory public holidays.

Customs Duties and Import Fees (Deliveries Outside the EU)

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may incur in individual cases which we are not responsible for and which must be borne by you as the buyer. These include, for example, costs for money transfers by credit institutions (e.g., transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g., customs duties).

Since customs regulations vary from country to country, we recommend that you check with the competent customs or tax authorities in your country before placing an order regarding possible fees and import regulations.
